Deposit
A deposit of £100 per person is payable on booking.
Payment of Balance
Payment of the final balance must reach us at least 42 days before the departure date of your holiday. If holiday is booked less than 42 days before departure date, the full holiday price is due immediately on booking. Failure to pay this amount may lead to cancellation and therefore to cancellation charges.If you wish to take advantage of our interest free monthly payment scheme, payments must still be completed at the latest 42 days before departure. e.g. Holiday starts 3rd July Holiday price £549, Deposit on booking =£100, 1st payment of £100 - 27th February, 2nd payment of £100 - 27th March, 3rd payment of £100- 24th April, final payment of £149 - 22nd May. Your money is kept in a separate account until your holiday is completed.
Changes to bookings
Any changes made to original details supplied on your booking form will be accommodated if possible. If we cannot accommodate your changes, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Cancellation Charges
In the event of the client cancelling the holiday of any person or persons on the booking form, Cancellation notice must be made in writing to the Bonkersfrog office and charges will be made as follows:
42 days before departure date - deposit
Between 42 and 31 days before departure date - 40% of the total holiday cost
Between 30 and 15 days before departure date - 60% of the total holiday cost
Between 14 and 0 days before departure date - 100% of the total holiday cost
Cancellation charges will not apply in the event of a person or persons being substituted on the booking by the same number of persons cancelled.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, you will be offered a full refund of all the money you have paid us
Bonkersfrog Vehicles
Clients travel in Bonkersfrog vehicles entirely at their own risk.
Rider Responsibility
All riders must wear a helmet when riding, wherever possible Bonkersfrog provides a helmet to clients who use Bonkersfrog bicycles. Participation in Activity Holidays carries an element of risk. All clients participate entirely at their own risk and must make their own judgements on their abilities. Bonkersfrog will not accept liability for any fatal or other injuries sustained whilst taking part. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure he/she has adequate travel or other appropriate insurance cover for their stay, including insurance for third party liability for injury or damage - proof of which will be required prior to participation. Single Supplements
Prices given are based on two people sharing. Should you have an odd number of people in your group, please indicate if one member will be prepared to share with a (same sex) member from another group. Should this not be possible, a single supplement may apply. Details on application. Bedrooms are allocated by Bonkersfrog. Bonkersfrog will not accept complaints based on one bedroom being deemed less attractive than another on account of its size, views, character or location.
Personal Belongings
We provide a lockable cabinet in every room at Les Hirondelles we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings.
Weather
In the event of weather conditions causing disruption, Bonkersfrog will be unable to provide refunds of any kind.
Instructors/Guides
The Guides' decisions in all matters are final.
Travel Arrangements
The client has sole responsibility for travel arrangements to and from the accommodation. Daily transport is as described in the itinerary.
Non Participation
Should any client not wish to participate in any element of the organised package no refund will be given, unless agreed previously and confirmed in writing by Bonkersfrog.
Insurance
The person signing the booking form warrants that appropriate holiday insurance will be taken out by all persons named on the form.
Special Offers
The £100 off offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and applies only to full week holidays and must be booked by March 2012.
